The vehicle-mounted hydrogen sensor MDR-300C is a new type of hydrogen concentrat ion detector which was independent developed based on nano-manufacturing and quantum sensing technology, It has outstanding anti-interference capability, good repeatability and quick response. The sensor provides analog voltage output , which is proportional to the hydrogen concentration.

使用简介/ Introduction to use
1、传感器一般安装在潜在氢气泄漏点的上方,或密闭腔室的顶部位置/The sensor is generally installed above the potential hydrogen leak point or at the top of the closed chamber
2、检查传感器型号、电压、量程是否正确/Check whether the sensor model, voltage and range are correct
3、检查传感器气体采集口的防水透气膜是否破损、堵塞/Check whether the waterproof breathable film of the sensor gas collection port is damaged or blocked
4、螺栓、连接器应固定可靠,无松动/bolts, connectors should be fixed reliably, no loose
5、检查无误后才能在无氢环境中通电开机/check no error before power on in a hydrogen free environment
注意事项/ Matters needing attention
1、必须避免的情况/must avoid the situation
1.1暴露于有机硅蒸气中/Exposure to silicone vapor
传感器吸附了有机硅蒸气后,敏感性受到抑制,且不可恢复。因此要避免暴露在硅粘接剂、发胶、硅橡胶、腻子或其它含硅塑料添加剂可能存在的地方。
After the sensor adsorbed silicone vapor, the sensitivity was inhibited and could not be recovered. Therefore, avoid exposure to silicone adhesives, hairspray, silicone rubber, putty, or other silicon-containing plastic additives may be present.
1.2高腐蚀性的环境/Highly corrosive environment
传感器暴露在高浓度的腐蚀性气体(如H2S,SOX,CL2,HCL等)中,会引起敏感材料性能发生不可逆的改变。
Exposure of the sensor to high concentrations of corrosive gases (such as H2S,SOX,CL2,HCL, etc.) can cause irreversible changes in the properties of the sensitive material.
1.3碱、碱金属盐、卤素的污染/Pollution of alkali, alkali metal salts and halogens
传感器被碱金属尤其是盐水喷雾污染后,若暴露在卤素中,如氟气中,也会引起性能劣变。
After the sensor is contaminated with alkali metals, especially salt water spray, if it is exposed to halogens, such as fluorine gas, it will also cause deterioration in performance.
2、尽可能避免的情况/Avoid situations where possible
2.1长期处于高浓度气体中/Long-term exposure to high concentrations of gas
在高浓度气体中长期放置,会影响传感器特性。

2.2长期暴露在极端环境中/Long-term exposure to extreme environments
长期暴露在高温、高湿、高污染等极端条件下,传感器性能将受到严重影响。
Long-term exposure to extreme conditions such as high temperature, high humidity and high pollution will seriously affect the sensor performance.
