         产品简介/Product introduction

        无线液位智能监测系统包括无线液位智能监测终端、投入式液位传感器及其安装配件,可用于监测水塔、水塘、水箱、油箱、立交桥下、下穿隧道等场合的液面高度。该系统可以实时监测液面的高度,并通过无线网络将数据上报到管理平台。当液面高度低于预先设置的报警下限或超过预先设置的报警上限时,实时发送报警信息至管理平台。管理人员可及时获取报警信息并处理险情,保障生命安全、降低财产损失。
        无线液位智能监测系统可使用外部直流电源供电,也可以使用内部备用电池。当外部电源没电时,自动切换到备用电池供电,方便用户使用。

        The wireless intelligent liquid level monitoring system includes wireless intelligent liquid level monitoring terminal, input liquid level sensor and its installation accessories, which can be used to monitor the liquid level height of water tower, pond, water tank, fuel tank, overpass, underpass tunnel and other occasions. The system can monitor the liquid level in real time and report the data to the management platform through the wireless network. When the liquid level height is lower than the pre-set alarm lower limit or exceeds the pre-set alarm upper limit, real-time alarm information is sent to the management platform. Managers can obtain alarm information in time and deal with dangerous situations to ensure life safety and reduce property losses.

        The wireless intelligent level monitoring system can be powered by external DC power supply or internal backup batteries. When the external power supply is out of power, it automatically switches to the standby battery power supply, which is convenient for users.

        工作原理/Working principle

        无线液位智能监测系统中包含的投入式液位传感器,是一种测量液位高度的压力传感器,基于所测液体静压力与该液体的高度成比例的原理,将静压力转换为电信号,再经过温度补偿和线性修正,得到标准电信号。无线液位智能监测终端可定时采集投入式液位传感器的标准电信号,并通过无线网络传回管理平台。
        无线液位智能监测系统按照采样时间定时采集液面高度。当液面高度低于预先设置的报警下限或超过预先设置的报警上限时,实时发送报警信息至管理平台;当液面高度一直低于报警下限或超过报警上限时,基于功耗考虑,无线液位智能监测系统不会每次采集到液面高度低于报警下限或超过报警上限就发送报警信息。只有本次采集的液面高度与上一次采集的液面高度相比的波动,超过预先设置的波动阈值时,无线液位智能监测系统才会再次发送报警信号。
        当报警状态解除时,无线液位智能监测系统主动发送报警解除信号至管理平台。液位量程、采样时间、定时上报时间、报警上报时间和报警阈值等参数均可根据用户需求出厂配置。

        The input liquid level sensor included in the wireless liquid level intelligent monitoring system is a pressure sensor that measures the height of the liquid level. Based on the principle that the measured liquid static pressure is proportional to the height of the liquid, the static pressure is converted into an electrical signal, and then through temperature compensation and linear correction, the standard electrical signal is obtained. The wireless intelligent liquid level monitoring terminal can collect the standard electrical signal of the input liquid level sensor regularly and send it back to the management platform through the wireless network.

        The wireless intelligent liquid level monitoring system collects the liquid level height according to the sampling time. When the liquid level height is lower than the pre-set alarm lower limit or exceeds the pre-set alarm upper limit, real-time alarm information is sent to the management platform; When the liquid level height has been lower than the alarm lower limit or exceeds the alarm upper limit, based on power consumption, the wireless liquid level intelligent monitoring system will not send alarm information every time the liquid level height is collected below the alarm lower limit or exceeds the alarm upper limit. Only when the fluctuation of the liquid level height collected this time exceeds the preset fluctuation threshold compared with the previous one, the wireless liquid level intelligent monitoring system will send an alarm signal again.

        When the alarm state is lifted, the wireless liquid level intelligent monitoring system actively sends the alarm lifting signal to the management platform. Parameters such as liquid level range, sampling time, periodic reporting time, alarm reporting time, and alarm threshold can be configured according to user requirements.
