        随着城市化进程的不断加速,城市基础设施建设日益完善。路灯作为城市道路照明的重要设施,为市民的出行和生活提供了极大的便利。然而,在四川成都某市区道路,由于大风等自然因素的影响,多个路灯出现歪道、倾斜的情况,不仅影响了城市的美观,也给市民的出行带来了安全隐患,同时还可能对周边的设施和建筑物造成损坏。为了解决这一问题,本项目提出在灯杆上加装倾斜传感器,实时监测灯杆的倾斜情况,并及时发出告警,以便相关部门能够及时采取措施进行维修和处理。

        With the continuous acceleration of urbanization, the construction of urban infrastructure is improving day by day. As an important facility for urban road lighting, street lamps provide great convenience for citizens' travel and life. However, in an urban road in Chengdu, Sichuan province, due to the influence of natural factors such as strong winds, a number of street lights appear crooked and tilted, which not only affects the beauty of the city, but also brings security risks to citizens' travel, and may also cause damage to surrounding facilities and buildings. In order to solve this problem, the project proposed to install a tilt sensor on the light pole, real-time monitoring of the tilt of the light pole, and timely alarm, so that relevant departments can take timely measures for maintenance and treatment.

        本系统采用震动、倾斜传感器、手持APP终端、监控平台,全过程综合数字化管理平台为核心的新型“智慧灯杆”。通过对灯杆的倾斜、震动等多参量实时感知,具备感知数据的汇集、存储、比较、长距离传输、实时分析,实现了对道路护栏安全状态实时监测及风险预警,提升道路安全水平。

        This system uses vibration, tilt sensor, handheld APP terminal, monitoring platform, the whole process of integrated digital management platform as the core of the new "smart light pole". Through the real-time perception of multi-parameters such as the tilt and vibration of the light pole, it has the collection, storage, comparison, long-distance transmission and real-time analysis of the perceptual data, which realizes the real-time monitoring and risk warning of the safety status of the road guardrail, and improves the road safety level.

        智慧护栏系统主要由系统软件、采集装置等组成。

        系统软件:完成监控数据采集、处理、分析、显示、存储、查询和报表打印。

        护栏状态采集装置:安装在围栏固定点,采集护栏倾斜、移位、震动状态,将状态数据通过无线技术发送至云平台。

智慧护栏监测系统

        1、平时,可通过智慧监管平台和手机APP,在线式了解传感器运行状态,电池电压容量、环境温度、安装位置、道路所属单位等参数。当发生报警时,可通过手机APP查询并直接点击显示维护人员手机号码,并直接拨打电话。

        2、智慧监管服务平台,采用“曝光台”形式显示灯杆发生报警信息,故障未处理之前,一直保留到故障排除后,方可解除报警模式,不留死角隐患。以年、月、周形式自动汇总形成安全隐患分析报告,为行业主管部门提供大数据,分析护栏原因重要依据。

        3、可通过手机APP上传现场处理故障图片,直接上传至平台,“隐患排除”菜单存档和查询。

        4、建立完善智慧灯杆智能监控综合管理平台,并做好日常记录与跟踪服务。

        5、专业的诊断报告:定期提供远程“体检”报告,服务于用户对道路隐患的原因分析和调整。

        6、报警时,可通过语音和短信报警功能传至维护人员指定手机。
