        在自然环境复杂多变的山区、边坡地带,落石滑坡灾害是威胁交通安全与人民生命财产安全的一大隐患。为了有效预防和减轻此类自然灾害带来的影响,现代科技手段——智能落石防护网监测报警系统应运而生,成为保障道路安全、提升防灾减灾能力的重要工具。该系统通过在易发落石区域安装高科技防护网,并配备先进的倾斜碰撞监测终端,实现了对潜在灾害的实时监测与报警,极大地提高了应对自然灾害的效率与准确性。
        In the mountainous and slope areas with complex and changeable natural environment, rockfall landslide disaster is a hidden danger threatening traffic safety and people's life and property safety. In order to effectively prevent and mitigate the impact of such natural disasters, modern scientific and technological means - rockfall landslide monitoring system came into being, and has become an important tool to ensure road safety and improve disaster prevention and reduction ability. The system can realize real-time monitoring and early warning of potential disasters by installing high-tech protective nets in areas prone to falling rocks and equipped with advanced tilt collision monitoring terminals, which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of dealing with natural disasters.
       
系统能够实时监测易落石区域防护网护栏的状态,自动识别护栏是否发生倾斜、损坏,并第一时间通知相关部门进行处理。如此一来,不仅可以显著提升道路交通安全管理水平,减少因落石而引发的各类事故,还有助于降低边坡、隧道沿线的道路交通运维成本,营造更为安全和谐的道路交通环境。
        The system can monitor the status of the protective fence in the rockfall area in real time, automatically identify whether the fence is tilted and damaged, and notify the relevant departments for processing at the first time. In this way, not only can significantly improve the level of road traffic safety management, reduce all kinds of accidents caused by falling rocks, but also help to reduce the cost of road traffic operation and maintenance along the slope and tunnel, and create a more safe and harmonious road traffic environment.

        (一)总体设计/Overall design

        基于“窄带物联网”技术,我司专门研发了集北斗/GPS定位、姿态检测(三轴加速度计或三轴陀螺仪)、振动检测、电量提醒于一体的“智能护栏碰撞监测终端”(简称“终端 ”),并将其安装在易落石区域所需的主被动防护网上;当所安装的主/被动防护网被落石撞击或损毁时,由于相应主/被动防护网发生了姿态变化、产生振动或发生位移、角度等变化时,则“终端”通过NB-IoT信号发出报警信息到“系统”平台;管理人员通过平台或手机APP或微信公众号可对相关设施进行监控,一旦平台收到“终端”发出的警示信息后,立即自动转发到用户手机产生报警,使用户第一时间知晓落石塌方路段,可以尽快采取措施,恢复路面清洁和保证道路畅通。
        Based on "narrowband Internet of Things" technology, our company specially developed the "intelligent guardrail collision monitoring terminal" (referred to as "terminal"), which integrates Beidou /GPS positioning, attitude detection (three-axis accelerometer or three-axis gyroscope), vibration detection and power reminder, and installed it in the active and passive protection network required by the rockfall area; When the installed main/passive protection network is hit or damaged by falling rocks, the corresponding main/passive protection network has a change in attitude, vibration or displacement, Angle, etc., then the "terminal" sends an alarm message to the "system" platform through NB-IoT signal; The management personnel can monitor the relevant facilities through the platform or mobile APP or wechat public number. Once the platform receives the warning information issued by the "terminal", it will automatically forward it to the user's mobile phone to generate an alarm, so that the user will know the rockfall section at the first time, and can take measures as soon as possible to restore the road clean and ensure that the road is smooth.      

        1.系统构成/System composition

        本系统共分为三个部分:即滑坡落石监测数字化服务平台管理软件、滑坡落石监测手机APP软件和滑坡落石监测前端信息采集设备。
        The system is divided into three parts: landslide monitoring digital service platform management software, landslide monitoring mobile APP software and landslide monitoring front-end information collection equipment.

        (1)滑坡落石监测数字化服务平台管理软件与中国移动、中国联通、中国电信合作已建设完成“物联网平台 ”(包括云服务器、云存储和平台软件),用户在需要(使用系统较多、使用终端较多情况下)使用平台对终端进行管理时,公司将授权给用户进行平台管理软件的使用。

        (2)滑坡落石监测手机APP软件——用户可以下载使用手机APP软件,也可以使用微信公众号软件,实现与“终端”的绑定、设置和管理,以及“终端”向手机和平台报送相关信息和报警信息等。

        (3)滑坡落石监测前端信息采集设备,内部设置一款运动传感器,运动传感器是一款基于NB-IoT通信的智能终端,主控MCU通过IIC通信接口采集六轴MEMS运动传感器的数据,通过算法实现三轴角度的检测;通过NB-IoT模组发送数据到智能护栏监测数字化管理服务平台,实现公共资产的远程监控和管理。

        2)结构组成/Structural composition

        “终端 ”主要包括了主控单元、供电单元、三轴加速度计、定位模块、振动检测模块、物联网通信模块等,结构详见下图:

● 主控单元:包括核心处理芯片,主要处理“终端 ”中加速度计、振动检测模块、定位模块、物联网报警通信模块、供电单元返回的数据,可根据预设模式触发报警、解除报警等;
Main control unit: including the core processing chip, mainly processing the "terminal" accelerometer, vibration detection module, positioning module, Internet of Things alarm communication module, power supply unit returned data, can trigger alarm according to the preset mode, cancel alarm, etc.;

● 三轴加速度计:可根据“终端 ”的实际状态输出姿态数据,如移动、跌落、振动等,传送至主控单元进一步判断处理;
Three-axis accelerometer: According to the actual state of the "terminal" output attitude data, such as movement, drop, vibration, etc., transmitted to the main control unit for further judgment and processing;

● 振动检测模块:通过主控单元,接收来自系统平台或用户手机客户端的布防或撤防指令,主要对被监控物品的振动幅度进行检测,发现超过锁定时的振动幅度则进行报警。
Vibration detection module: receives defense or disdefense instructions from the system platform or the user's mobile phone client through the main control unit, mainly detects the vibration amplitude of the monitored items, and alarms when the vibration amplitude exceeds the locked one.

● 定位模块:包括北斗/GPS 定位,可快速输出“终端 ”的位置数据;
Positioning module: including Beidou /GPS positioning, can quickly output the "terminal" position data;

● 物联网报警通信模块:模块接入流量 SIM 卡注册网络后,借助于基站蜂窝网信号,将报警信息发送至中心,也可接收中心或用户终端的控制数据送至主控单元;
Internet of Things alarm communication module: After the module accesses the traffic SIM card registration network, it sends alarm information to the center by means of the base station cellular network signal, and can also receive the control data of the center or user terminal to the main control unit;

● 太阳能供电:供电方式采用太阳能供电,连续阴雨 15 天能正常使用,且待机电池满足 5 年以上使用寿命
