无线压力数据采集器用于采集压力变送器输出的压力数据,通过无线NBIOT输出。压力变送器和吸盘天线通过接插件与压力数据采集器相连。
该采集器产品可提供LoRaWAN(研制中)、NBIOT两种无线通讯方式。采集器外形见下图,其使用6节电池供电,具有安装方便、电池寿命长、检测准确率高,工作稳定等特点。
The wireless pressure data collector is used to collect the pressure data output by the pressure transmitter and output it via wireless NBIOT. The pressure transmitter and the suction antenna are connected to the pressure data collector by means of a connector.
The collector can provide LoRaWAN (under development) and NBIOT two wireless communication modes. The appearance of the collector is shown in Figure . It uses 6 batteries for power supply, and has the characteristics of easy installation, long battery life, high detection accuracy, and stable operation.
工作原理/Working principle
压力数据采集器内置高精度ADC,可控电压源,全球领先的低功耗单片机以及无线模组。单片机定时开启电压源,采集压力数据信号后关闭电压源,将采集到的电压值转换成压力值,通过无线模组发送到云平台。
Pressure data collector built-in high precision ADC, controlled voltage source, the world's leading low power MCU and wireless module. The single chip microcomputer starts the voltage source periodically, collects the pressure data signal and shuts down the voltage source, converts the collected voltage value into the pressure value, and sends it to the cloud platform through the wireless module.
