        双层井盖状态智能监测终端是一款用于电力、通信等双层井盖监控的智能终端产品。该终端可以对实际应用中的两层井盖进行实时监测,当上下两层井盖中任意一层被打开时都会触发报警,报警信息通过无线传输方式发送至监控中心,从而实现井盖状态的远程监控,有效防止井盖偷盗和井下线缆偷盗,降低偷盗事件对城市管理、企业生产、百姓生活的影响和损失。产品使用电池供电,具有安装方便、电池寿命长、检测准确率高,工作稳定等特点。

        Double-layer manhole cover status intelligent monitoring terminal is a kind of intelligent terminal product used for power, communication and other double-layer manhole cover monitoring. The terminal can monitor the two layers of manhole covers in real time. When any one of the upper and lower layers of manhole covers is opened, an alarm will be triggered. The alarm information will be sent to the monitoring center through wireless transmission, so as to realize remote monitoring of manhole cover status and effectively prevent manhole cover theft and underground cable theft. Reduce the impact and loss of theft incidents on urban management, enterprise production and people's lives. The product uses battery power supply, with easy installation, long battery life, high detection accuracy, stable work and so on.

双层井盖智能监测终端

        工作原理/Working principle

         双层井盖状态智能监测终端安装于下层井盖(复合式井盖)的背面,磁铁安装在上层井盖上。当上层井盖打开时,监测终端中的高灵敏磁感应传感器便会检测到并触发报警;当下层井盖被打开且该倾角值大于设定的报警阈值时触发报警(当倾角大于90°时,无条件报警)。报警信息通过无线传输方式发送至监控中心,监控中心对数据进行解析并判断警情。另外,监测终端在向管理平台发送报警信息的同时,会触发高分贝蜂鸣报警器。

       终端支持设置定时上报时间间隔和报警角度阈值。非报警状态下,终端以定时上报时间间隔发送上报报文。在报警状态下,终端以立即发送上报报文,当角度恢复正常时,终端也会立即发送报文到平台。可以通过报文中的状态标记,判断当前是报警状态还是非报警状态。当终端检测到电池电压偏低,终端上报低电压预警信息。终端按照设置的定时上报时间间隔发送定时状态上报信息。

       下层井盖异动的检测条件是:|井盖当前角度值 – 井盖初始角度值| > 报警角度阈值。该条件满足时,发送报警信息。当倾角大于90°时,无条件报警。

        The double-layer manhole cover status intelligent monitoring terminal is installed on the back of the lower manhole cover (compound manhole cover), and the magnet is installed on the upper manhole cover. When the upper manhole cover is opened, the highly sensitive magnetic induction sensor in the monitoring terminal will detect and trigger an alarm; When the lower manhole cover is opened and the inclination value is greater than the set alarm threshold, the alarm is triggered (unconditional alarm when the inclination is greater than 90°). The alarm information is sent to the monitoring center through wireless transmission, and the monitoring center analyzes the data and judges the alarm. In addition, the monitoring terminal will trigger a high-decibel buzzer alarm while sending alarm information to the management platform.

        The terminal supports setting the periodic reporting interval and alarm Angle threshold. In the non-alarm state, the terminal sends the reported packets at a periodic reporting interval. In the alarm state, the terminal immediately sends the report message, when the Angle returns to normal, the terminal will immediately send the message to the platform. You can determine whether the current state is alarm or non-alarm by the status marker in the packet. When the terminal detects that the battery voltage is low, the terminal reports a low voltage warning message. The terminal sends periodic status reporting information at the specified periodic reporting interval.

        The detection conditions of the lower manhole cover transaction are: | current Angle value of the manhole cover - initial Angle value of the manhole cover | > alarm Angle threshold. When this condition is met, alarm information is sent. When the Angle is greater than 90°, unconditional alarm.
