MDR-SCD-10-T提升机断链保护器主要由SCD-1速度传感器和保护器组成。SCD-1速度传感器为一电磁感应式脉冲信号发生器。SCD-1速度传感器安装于提升机从动轴上,随从动轴一起旋转,将从动轴的旋转速度信号变换成脉冲信号,脉冲信号的频率与从动轴的转速成正比。SCD-1速度传感器是一脉冲频率检测器,安装于提升机的就地电控箱或集控室内。SCD-10断链保护器接收速度传感器的信号,并检测脉冲信号的频率,当脉冲信号频率低于设定值时,SCD-10断链保护器动作,输出一开关信号,用于控制驱动电机停止运行,从而保护设备。SCD-10断链保护器动作后会自锁,此时即使速度传感器有正常脉冲信号输入,保护器也处于报警保护状态,短按复位键,让保护器复位。

When the frequency of the pulse signal is lower than the set value, the SCD-10 break-chain protector acts and outputs a switch signal to control the driving motor to stop running, thus protecting the device.
