The SCD-10 chain breaker will lock itself when it operates. At this time, even if the speed sensor has normal pulse input, the protector is in alarm protection state. Short press the reset key to reset the protector.

传输机断链保护器安装在被传动轴旁,被传动轴装有检测片。当电动机运转时,通过传动装置驱使被传动轴转动,被传动轴上的检测片也随之转动。旋转探测仪接收到检测片的均匀间隔脉冲信号,此时旋转探测仪为闭合状态,通过串接中间继电器的自保触头使交流接触器吸合,交流接触器主触头闭合使电机转动。当设备发生卡转,堵转、皮带打滑、传动带脱落故障时,被传动轴将慢转或停转,此时检测片也随之慢转或停转,断链保护器将接收不到检测片的均匀间隔脉冲信号。在工艺时间内(5秒)未接收到转动信号,旋转探测仪将由闭合状态转为断开,中间继电器也断开,交流接触器断开及时停机,可靠的保护设备(此产品接收检测片转动信号与电机大小无关)。

During the process time (5 seconds) no rotation signal is received, the rotation detector will change from closed state to disconnected, the intermediate relay will also be disconnected, the AC contactor will be disconnected and shut down in time, reliable protection equipment (this product receives the rotation signal of the detection chip independent of the size of the motor).
