刮板机失速报警器组成:
MDR-SCD-10刮板机失速报警器主要由SCD-1速度传感器和保护器组成。SCD-1速度传感器为一电磁感应式脉冲信号发生器。SCD-1速度传感器安装于刮板机从动轴上,随从动轴一起旋转,将从动轴的旋转速度信号变换成脉冲信号,脉冲信号的频率与从动轴的转速成正比。保护器安装于刮板机的就地电控箱或集控室内。失速报警器接收速度传感器的信号,并检测脉冲信号的频率,当脉冲信号频率低于设定值时,失速报警器动作,输出一开关信号,用于控制驱动电机停止运行,从而保护设备。失速报警器动作后会自锁,此时即使速度传感器有正常脉冲信号输入,保护器也处于报警保护状态,短按复位键,让保护器复位。

When the pulse signal frequency is lower than the set value, the stall alarm acts and outputs a switching signal to control the drive motor to stop running, so as to protect the equipment. Stall alarm will lock itself after the action, even if the speed sensor has a normal pulse signal input, the protector is also in the alarm protection state, short press the reset key to reset the protector.
刮板机断链保护器工作原理:
刮板机失速报警器安装在被传动轴旁,被传动轴装有检测片。当电动机运转时,通过传动装置驱使被传动轴转动,被传动轴上的检测片也随之转动。旋转探测仪接收到检测片的均匀间隔脉冲信号,此时旋转探测仪为闭合状态,通过串接中间继电器的自保触头使交流接触器吸合,交流接触器主触头闭合使电机转动。当设备发生卡转,堵转、皮带打滑、传动带脱落故障时,被传动轴将慢转或停转,此时检测片也随之慢转或停转,失速报警器将接收不到检测片的均匀间隔脉冲信号。在工艺时间内(5秒)未接收到转动信号,旋转探测仪将由闭合状态转为断开,中间继电器也断开,交流接触器断开及时停机,可靠的保护设备(此产品接收检测片转动信号与电机大小无关)。

When the equipment is stuck, blocked, belt slip, and the transmission belt falls off, the drive shaft will slow down or stop, and the detection piece will also slow down or stop, and the stall alarm will not receive the uniform interval pulse signal of the detection piece. If the rotating signal is not received within the process time (5 seconds), the rotating detector will change from closed state to disconnected, the intermediate relay is also disconnected, the AC contactor is disconnected in time to stop, and the reliable protection equipment (the product receives the rotating signal of the detection piece has nothing to do with the size of the motor).
