What are the application scenarios of vehicle hydrogen sensors, and what are the common types of out

The on-board hydrogen sensor is mainly used in the following scenarios:

Drksir car hydrogen sensor application scenario

        • Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles: Monitor the concentration of hydrogen in the vehicle's internal hydrogen storage and fuel cell operation to ensure safe operation and prevent leaks.

        • Hydrogen energy transport vehicle: On the vehicle transporting hydrogen, it is used for real-time monitoring of hydrogen leakage during transportation to ensure transportation safety.

        • Hydrogenation station: During hydrogenation, sensors monitor hydrogen concentration to prevent leakage and ensure safe operation.

        • Hydrogen Research and Development and testing laboratory: In the laboratory, it is used to detect hydrogen leaks and protect the safety of scientific researchers.

Onboard hydrogen sensors typically output two types of signals:

        • Analog signal: such as 4-20mA current signal, the output current intensity changes according to the detected hydrogen concentration change, easy to read directly from the traditional control system.

        • Digital signals: including PWM (pulse width modulation) signals and CAN bus signals. The PWM signal reflects the hydrogen concentration through the pulse width change, while the CAN bus provides more complex data communication, supporting longer distance transmission and richer information exchange.

Handheld hydrogen sensor common faults and solutions?

Handheld hydrogen sensor common faults and solutions?

Common failures that handheld hydrogen sensors may encounter during use include:                       1. Inaccurate detection: It may be due to aging, contamination or incorrect calibration of the sensor.        2. Failure to turn on or display abnormal: Low battery power, faulty internal circuits, or damaged display may cause such problems.        3. Alarm function failure: alarm setting error, alarm circuit failure or sensor failure may lead to alarm failure.        4. Slow response: The sensor response time is prolonged, which may be due to long-term non-maintenance or poor use environment.        5. Signal drift: After a long time of use, the detection results appear unstable fluctuations, which may be related to the degradation of sensor performance.        For the above faults, the following solutions can be taken:        1. Inaccurate detection:        • Perform sensor calibration regularly and follow instructions.        • Clean the sensor to remove possible contamination.        • If the sensor is seriously aged, consider replacing the sensor with a new one.        2. Failed to power on or display abnormal:        • Check the battery level and charge or replace the battery.        • Check whether the power ports and switches are normal to rectify physical damage.        • If the circuit or display is damaged, contact a professional repair service.        3. Alarm function failure:        • Verify that the alarm Settings are correct and reset according to the instructions.        • Check that the alarm circuit is well connected and repair it if necessary.        • If the sensor is a problem, test or replace it.        4. Slow response:        • Thoroughly clean the sensor to remove dust buildup and clogs.        • Perform regular maintenance according to manufacturer's recommendations.        • Clean and inspect immediately after use in harsh environments.        5. Signal drift:        • Zero calibration to eliminate baseline drift.        • Reduce the frequency of use in extreme environments or take protective measures.        • If the drift is serious, consider returning it to the original factory or authorized service center for professional calibration or replacement.        Note: Before performing any troubleshooting or repair, ensure that the power is turned off to avoid the risk of electric shock. For complex faults, it is recommended to contact our professional and technical personnel to handle, so as not to cause greater damage.
