MDR-YZ10 扬尘噪声在线监测系统

    扬尘噪声在线监测系统是一款基于泵吸式激光散射原理的室外工业级空气质量监测设备，可实现对PM10、PM2.5、TSP、噪声、气象等因子实时、自动、连续、远程监控，并通过4G/无线网络将采集数据传输至监测平台，并将结果转化成详细数据和图表信息实时在云端后台和终端LED显示屏显示。
        Dust noise online monitoring system is an outdoor industrial air quality monitoring equipment based on the principle of pumping laser scattering, which can realize real-time, automatic, continuous and remote monitoring of PM10, PM2.5, TSP, noise, weather and other factors, and transmit the collected data to the monitoring platform through 4G/ wireless network. And convert the results into detailed data and chart information in real time in the cloud background and terminal LED display.

数据采集系统/Data acquisition system：

   1、数据存储：可存储3年的原始监测数据，支持1年离线数据导出。
        Data storage: can store 3 years of original monitoring data, support 1 year of offline data export.
        2、数据传输：可实时和定时上传数据，远程可设定；支持以太网、光纤、4G网络传输。
      Data transmission: real-time and timed data upload, remote Settings; Support Ethernet, optical fiber, 4G network transmission. 
        3、数据通信：具备 RS485/RS232/RJ45网口、SD卡、USB接口，支持RJ45网口、4G、RS485等通信。
        Data communication: RS485/RS232/RJ45 network port, SD card, USB port, support RJ45 network port, 4G, RS485 and other communication.
        4、远程控制：可远程更新、调试、重启、锁定、配置。
        Remote control: Remote update, debug, restart, lock, and configure.
        5、远程联动：多路联动，可联动雾炮机、围挡喷淋系统等。
        Remote linkage: multi-channel linkage, can be linked to the fog gun machine, surround spray system, etc.
        6、数据下载：自动下载数据到云平台，支持USB手动下载和云平台数据导出，数据下载和导出不影响实时监测功能。

        7、自动诊断：故障自动诊断、报警，并显示、保存相应记录功能。

   网络传输模块/Network transmission module：

   工业级4G网络DTU，数据上传率可达99%以上，断线自动重连，网络延迟低，信号强抗干扰、防静电，送流量卡，可选GPS自动定位款。
        Industrial-grade 4G network DTU, data upload rate can reach more than 99%, automatic reconnection, low network delay, strong signal anti-interference, anti-static, traffic card, optional GPS automatic positioning model.

   安装组件/Mounting assembly：

   1、高清LED屏：（1）LED灯珠模组：高亮度，超广角LED灯珠，穿透力强，双面防水，泡水状态可工作半小时，寿命长达5年；（2）显示屏框：高效防水背面双开门设计，标配电源、控制卡，方便日常维护与保养。

   Hd LED screen: (1) LED lamp bead module: high brightness, ultra-wide Angle LED lamp bead, strong penetration, double-sided waterproof, soaking state can work for half an hour, life up to 5 years; (2) Display frame: efficient waterproof back double door design, standard power supply, control card, convenient daily maintenance and maintenance. 
        2、控制箱：表面烤漆，高效防水散热专利设计，防静电、雷击，内置传感器、主板、DTU及电源等。

        3、立杆：2X1.5M，法兰接头，表面烤漆，高度不低于3米，牢固安全，运输方便，防雷及接地设计。
